We also recommend that you replace the lock nut, if applicable, anytime the lever is removed. Pivot bolt and lock nut must be installed and tightened properly as recommended by the manufacturer of your motorcycle. Please remember to lubricate the pivot bolt per the factory service manual recommendations.
